The mistake:
In this page, it shows that Wenzhou Kean University
is scheduled to be fully operational by 2013. As a matter of fact, WKU have
already went to formal operation on April, 2014.
My revise:
I update the new information of Wenzhou
Kean University. It went into fully operation in 2014.
